WNBA Best Bets Today: Top Prop Bets for Sunday 7/27/25

On the menu for Sunday is a five-game WNBA slate. Below, I have featured three of my favorite WNBA player prop bets for Sunday on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Aari McDonald O 4.5 Assists (-145)

With Caitlin Clark (groin) sidelined for the last three games, McDonald has started in place of Clark and notched five, six and four assists, in that order. During this stretch, McDonald is logging 27.3 minutes per game and she ranks second for the Fever in assist rate at 41.7%.

Clark will remain out Sunday and McDonald is in an elite spot vs. the Sky, who have been putrid recently. Chicago has lost four in a row by an average of 27.8 PPG. The Sky rank dead last in defensive rating by a mile during this timeframe and McDonald is a tremendous bet to exceed 4.5 assists in this beautiful spot.

JJ Quinerly O 13.5 Points (+110)

Quinerly moved into Dallas’ starting lineup eight games ago and the guard has scored 15+ points in five of those eight contests. Now, the Wings will be without Paige Bueckers (rest) on Sunday, who is leading the team in points and minutes this season. The UConn product has missed one game since Quinerly became a starter for Dallas and in that tilt, Quinerly posted 15 points across 33 minutes against the Mystics.

With Bueckers off the court this season, Quinerly ranks second in usage rate for the Wings at 24.9% and she is averaging 15.1 points per 30 minutes. At home and facing the Aces, who rank ninth in defensive rating this season, Quinerly should have a strong performance and is a terrific bet for over 13.5 points at this +110 price.

Shakira Austin 23+ Points + Rebounds (-120)

Since becoming the Mystics’ starting center in mid-June, Austin has been a force, leading the team with 15.8 points and 7.9 rebounds in 26.8 minutes per game. With the starting job, the 25-year-old is handling a team-high 28.3% usage rate and she is shooting 48.5% from the field.

Austin is facing the Mercury on Sunday, who rank fifth in defensive rating this season, but the Mystics will be at home, which is huge news for Austin. She has posted at least 23 PR in all six of her home starts this season and Austin should reach this feat again Sunday, despite the subpar matchup vs. Phoenix.
