Courtney Williams Best Prop Bets for Lynx vs. Dream on Sunday 7/27/25

In the final game of today’s five-game WNBA slate, the Minnesota Lynx will host the Atlanta Dream. Courtney Williams, Napheesa Collier, and company have remained at the top of the WNBA standings from start to finish this season and are posting a 22-4 record overall. They enter tonight’s game on a four-game winning streak, with the previous two wins each coming in 23+ point blowouts.

Courtney Williams earned her second All-Star appearance this season and is averaging 14.2 points, 6.0 assists, and 5.0 rebounds per game on the year. She is also shooting 39.0% from beyond the three-point arc on a career-high 3.8 perimeter attempts per game and adds 1.5 steals per game defensively.

The Atlanta Dream is a respectable opponent, holding a 14-10 record on the season, which puts them in fourth place in the WNBA standings. This will be the second matchup between these two teams this year, with the Lynx producing a 96-92 victory in overtime during the first game.

Looking at today’s odds, the Lynx enter as eight-point favorites and -375 on the moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Dream holds +295 odds of getting the outright victory with the game total set at 159.

Here are my favorite Courtney Williams prop bets for Sunday’s Lynx vs. Dream matchup.

Best Courtney Williams Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Courtney Williams Over 14.5 Points (-110)

The scoring prop line continues to increase for Courtney Williams and for good reason. She is coming off a 23-point performance in the previous game and has tallied over 14.5 points in 13 of the 26 games this season. Williams finished with 16 points in the first matchup with the Dream.

Atlanta has a strong overall defense. They rank third in opponents’ points allowed, fifth in opponents’ field goal percentage, and sixth in opponents’ three-point percentage. However, Williams has the benefit of not being at the top of the scouting report. MVP-favorite Napheesa Collier will headline the attack, with Kayla McBride second on the team in scoring.

But there is such a need stylistically for what Williams brings to the table with her offensive approach within the Lynx offense. The 31-year-old is a bucket-getter who can attack in isolation with the best of them. With so much of the focus set to be on limiting Collier, count on Williams making the most of it and playing in attack mode. She has tallied over 14.5 points in six of her last nine games. Williams’ shot volume has also grown in recent games. She is averaging 13.3 field goal attempts per game on the season and has not attempted fewer than 11+ shot attempts in the past nine games.

Look for Williams to continue playing with her level of swagger on the floor and take advantage of her opportunities with the ball in her hands. Count on her getting to her spots on the floor and dropping over 14.5 points again tonight in a matchup the Lynx will need to perform to their normal high standard.

Courtney Williams to Record 2+ Made Three-Pointers (+150)

Three-point shooting is at a premium more than ever before, and Courtney Williams has adjusted her game to adjust as such. The 31-year-old is attempting a career high 3.8 three-point attempts and connecting at a 39.0% rate. For her career, Williams has shot 37.3% from the perimeter on 2.0 attempts per game and has shot as well as 45.7% from deep throughout a season.

Atlanta does a nice job chasing opponents off the three-point line. Opponents are attempting the fewest long-range shots against them at 21.0 per game, but they rank sixth in opponents’ three-point percentage. The Dream attack from the perimeter offensively at a high rate, attempting the third-most three-point attempts per game and connecting at a 32.7% rate. It is a losing battle in modern basketball to trade three points for two and expect Minnesota to be well aware of this. The Lynx are also a caliber of talent that Atlanta has not been tasked to face much this season. When their offense is clicking on all cylinders, it feels like there is nothing that can be done to stop it.

Williams shot 3-for-4 from beyond the three-point arc in the previous game and has tallied two or more made three-pointers in 14 of the 26 games overall. This includes shooting 2-for-6 from beyond the three-point arc in the first matchup with the Dream. Williams is averaging 4.6 three-point attempts per game across her past nine matchups and is still shooting exactly 39.0%. The Lynx standout is playing with confidence, and with the volume growth, I love the +150 odds of Williams knocking down a pair of three-pointers tonight.
