Shohei Ohtani More Than 0.5 Plate Appearances
Coming out of the All-Star break, DraftKings Pick6 has a promo pick to celebrate the return of baseball. To cash this pick, Shohei Ohtani just needs to make one plate appearance in the Dodgers’ game against the Brewers. This pick will boost the payout on your Pick6 play and get the post-All-Star break period off to a strong start.
Rafael Devers More Than 1.5 Total Bases
Rafael Devers has not had a smooth transition to San Francisco. Since getting traded out of Boston, Devers’ numbers have taken a dip, and the Giants are struggling as a team. The All-Star break should have served as a good reset for Devers, and he can attack the rest of this season with his usual quality. This game against Toronto is the perfect chance for Devers to start the season against an opponent he has dominated in the past. In 17 career at-bats against Chris Bassitt, Devers is batting .471 with three home runs. Bassitt isn’t having a great year, with a 4.12 ERA heading into this game. Devers should start the second part of the season off strong and get an extra-base hit to push this number over.
Adam Frazier More Than 0.5 Singles
After a career-worst season in 2024, Frazier is having a bounce-back year. He isn’t back at the peak of his powers, but is having his best season at the plate since his All-Star season in 2021. Frazier should be able to find a base hit tonight against Sandy Alcantara. Alcantara is having by far the worst season of his career, rolling into this game with a 7.22 ERA. Since coming back from his serious injuries, he has not been anywhere near the same pitcher. In fact, by ERA, he has been the worst starting pitcher in baseball this season. Even when Alcantara was one of the best pitchers in baseball, Frazier had his number. Frazier is 8/17 with two home runs in his career against Alcantara. He should find a base hit in this game to cash this pick.
Elly De La Cruz Less Than 0.5 Singles
Elly De La Cruz is having a fantastic season and just completed his second career All-Star Game. The only issue for De La Cruz has been facing left-handed pitchers. De La Cruz has had a great season against right-handed pitchers, batting .308 with a .942 OPS. However, against lefties, he is batting .233 with a .665 OPS. That is bad news for De La Cruz because tonight the Mets are starting the left-handed Sean Manaea. Manaea was nails for the Mets in 2024, but missed the first half of the season with an injury. He made his first appearance of 2025 in relief just before the All-Star break. It was a solid outing, going 3.1 innings and giving up just one run. Manaea is hoping to pick up right where he left off and shut down Elly De La Cruz and the Reds tonight.
Fernando Tatis Jr. More Than 1.5 Total Bases
Fernando Tatis Jr. is another player who participated in the All-Star Game on Tuesday night. Just like De La Cruz, Tatis has been excellent against right-handers but struggled against lefties. Luckily for Tatis, he is facing a right-hander tonight, Michael Soroka of the Nationals. Tatis is batting .285 with an .869 OPS against righties this season. He was also on fire heading into the All-Star break, batting .444 with a 1.212 OPS in his final five games before the break. Soroka is having a tough season, sporting a 5.35 ERA after the All-Star break. Tatis is also 3/4 in his career against Soroka. He should be able to rack up an extra-base hit against Soroka to get over this number.
