What happened to Caitlin Clark? Live injury updates for Fever vs. Sun 7/15/25

Caitlin Clark recently suffered a groin injury and has been struggling to get back to herself. In the last minute of Tuesday’s win vs. the Sun, Clark appeared to injure herself while assisting a layup.

Clark struggled to shoot the ball well on Tuesday, finishing with 14 points while going 4-of-14 from the field and 1-of-7 from three-point range. She also added eight rebounds and seven assists.

After the game, Stephanie White confirmed that Clark indeed is struggling with something in her groin area. It remains to be seen if she has re-aggravated her earlier injury, but hopefully for Fever fans, it is nothing too serious.

The Fever will play in New York against the Liberty on Wednesday on the second leg of a back-to-back, and the early indications seem to suggest that this game could come too soon for Clark. Indiana are 10-point underdogs on DraftKings Sportsbook for that game with the total set at 165.5. Stay tuned to DK Network for the latest updates on her injury.
