Mets at Royals game delayed due to rain Sunday 7/13/25

The start of Sunday afternoon’s matchup between the New York Mets and Kansas City Royals has been delayed due to rain.

First pitch was initially scheduled for 2:10 p.m. EST but inclement weather in the area will prevent the contest from starting on time. The new start time has not yet been announced.

The Mets are slight -110 favorites on the Moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook with the game total set at O/U 9.5 total runs.

Right-hander Clay Holmes (3.29 ERA) will draw the start today against Kansas City’s Noah Cameron (2.56 ERA), a left-handed pitcher set to make just his 12th career MLB start.
