Major League Baseball has 10 games on the schedule on Monday night as teams head into the final week before the upcoming All-Star break. With 20 starting pitchers taking the mound, we have plenty of starting pitcher prop bets to consider for this Monday. After looking at the markets and options on the board, my top props on Monday night include plays from Tanner Bibee, Freddy Peralta and Landen Roupp.

Best Starting Pitcher Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook
Tanner Bibee over 2.5 earned runs allowed (+100)
The Guardians have dropped 10 straight games, and they’ll look to Bibee to be their stopper on Monday in Houston. Unfortunately for Cleveland fans, Bibee hasn’t been at his best lately. He has a 4.20 ERA on the season and an average of 2.7 earned runs per start, but over his last seven starts, he has a 5.09 ERA and an average of 3.3 earned runs per start.
Bibee gave up five earned runs in his last start against the Cubs and four earned runs to the Athletics in his previous road start.
Over the last two weeks, the Astros have the highest batting average of any team in the majors and rank in the top 10 in runs scored as well. They have averaged 5.25 runs per game over the last two weeks and over the last 30 days.
The Astros come home after rolling over the Dodgers in three straight games, and I think they’ll keep producing against Bibee and the Guardians. Bibee’s run line is one of my favorite starting pitcher prop bets on the board based on his recent scuffling and the Astros’ surge.
H2H – Most Strikeouts Thrown: Freddy Peralta over Yoshinobu Yamamoto (-115)
In one of the most exciting matchups of the night, the Dodgers will look to bounce back from that sweep as they go on the road to take on the Brewers in Milwaukee. It could be a potential playoff preview since the Dodgers lead the NL West and the Brewers are in the Wild Card hunt. The series starts with a great starting pitching matchup between Freddy Peralta and Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
In this prop, I’m taking Peralta head-to-head over Yamamoto in total strikeouts thrown. The Brewers righty is averaging 5.8 strikeouts per start while Yamamoto is averaging 6.4 strikeouts per start. Peralta has at least six strikeouts in four straight games and in six of his last seven, while Yamamoto has only gotten to six strikeouts in three of his last six.
While both players have high strikeout ceilings, Peralta has been more consistent lately. He also has a much more favorable matchup, since the Brewers have the third-lowest K% in the last two weeks, while the Dodgers rank in the middle of the pack.
With the Dodgers struggling a little bit over the weekend and now heading on the road, the Brewers will look to take advantage of the chance to continue their chase of the Cubs and try to move closer in the NL Central before the break.
Landen Roupp over 15.5 outs recorded (+115)
Roupp and the Giants host the Phillies to start the week. While it’s a tough matchup, Roupp has been very good at home lately and has been able to work deeper into games at Oracle Park.
On the season, Roupp is 6-5 in 17 starts with an average of 5.0 innings per outing. He has a 3.48 ERA, 3.88 FIP and a 1.48 WHIP overall, but he has a 1.85 ERA, 2.67 FIP and a 1.24 WHIP in his starts at home.
He has gone over this outs recorded line in five of his six home starts, working at least six innings against the Reds, Athletics, Padres, Braves and Red Sox. He may not be able to push it all the way to 18 outs recorded as he did in those starts, but he should be able to get to at least 16 outs recorded to deliver the win in this prop at plus-money.
Over the last two weeks, the Phillies rank in the middle of the league in terms of batting average and wOBA but are in the bottom 10 in runs scored. They’re not an easy matchup, but they aren’t in their best form as they head to pitcher-friendly San Francisco for this matchup.
