DraftKings WNBA Pick6 Fantasy Basketball Picks: Top Plays for Saturday, 7/5/25

By: Charlie Cummings

WNBA action on Saturday will kick off at 7 p.m. ET. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!

This article will examine my top Pick6 plays for today’s action. You simply choose whether each set statistic will be more or less than the set number. With the stage set, here are my favorite picks on the WNBA slate.

Kelsey Mitchell More Than 20.5 Points

Kelsey Mitchell is on a roll. She’s gone for 20+ in five straight games. With Caitlin Clark out, Mitchell’s scoring has been sorely needed. Now she gets a matchup with a struggling defense and a chance to continue the streak.

The Los Angeles Sparks have the third-worst defensive rating in the WNBA. They’re especially susceptible to perimeter scorers like Mitchell. It should be a big night for the soon-to-be All-Star. Count on plenty of points for KM.

Courtney Williams More Than 21.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

This matchup between the Lynx and the Valkyries is a real defensive showdown. Respectively, they have the top two defensive ratings in the WNBA. That’s going to be a problem for a lot of the talent in this game. But not for Courtney Williams.

One of Minnesota’s most important two-way players, Williams has cleared the 21.5 mark in four of her last five contests. While the scoring can be inconsistent at times, she always fills up the rebounds and assists. Her playmaking with Napheesa Collier often proves effective when facing great defenses. They’ll go to it often in this one when things bog down.

Aliyah Boston More Than 27.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

Speaking of players on a roll, Aliyah Boston is cruising. As a center, most expect her production to go as her guard play goes. That hasn’t been the case this season. She’s been scoring at will, putting the ball on the deck more often, and the results are showing. Over her last six contests, Boston is putting up 21.2 points per game on 61% shooting. That comes with 8.8 rebounds per game and 2.2 assists.

This Sparks defense won’t provide much resistance for her. Nobody on Los Angeles has the interior presence to stop her. The roll will continue for Indiana’s third All-Star.

What is DraftKings Pick6?

Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your โ€œPick Setโ€) of 2+ players and select whether or not you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.

How to Play

Create a Pick Set

Create a Pick Set for Pick6 by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think theyโ€™ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice, and you must pick players from at least two different teams.

Sweat Your Picks

When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
