Joey Chestnut has won another title at the 2025 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest. Here is a look at the lines for the tournament at DraftKings Sportsbook and the results.

The Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest is one of the most patriotic events in all of sports. Taking place annually on the 4th of July, it unites the country with something to watch before the barbecues get started. Joey Chestnut is the undisputed GOAT of competitive eating, but missed out on last year’s event due to a sponsorship dispute. However, the king is back to reclaim his throne in 2025. It is always great to watch Chestnut try to chase down his own record of 76 hot dogs eaten in ten minutes.

Joey Chestnut didn’t quite reach his record of 76 hot dogs eaten in ten minutes, but he did win his 17th title. Joey Chestnut finished just under the over/under set at 71.5 hot dogs eaten.

Here are the full final results:

1st place – Joey Chestnut: 70.5 hot dogs eaten

2nd place – Patrick Bertoletti: 46.5 hot dogs eaten

3rd place – James Webb: 45.5 hot dogs eaten

Here are the rest of the results after the top three:

Geoff Esper – 43 7/8
Nick Wehry – 41 3/4
Ricardo Corbucci – 40
Max Stanford – 36 1/2
Gideon Oji – 31 1/6
Radim Dvoracek – 30 1/2
Derek Hendrickson – 30
Darrien Thomas – 29 1/2
George Chiger – 25
Jerome Burns – 23 1/2
Adrian Morgan – 23
Cameron Meade – 20 3/4

These were the odds to finish in second place behind Joey Chestnut:

Patrick Bertoletti finished in second place, making him the winner of that market at +155.

Joey Chestnut continues to be the man to beat by a wide margin. The rest of the competitive eating world still has a long way to go to reach the GOAT’s level.
