WNBA action on Wednesday will kick off at 10 p.m. ET with two games tipping off. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will examine my top Pick6 plays for today’s action. You simply choose whether each set statistic will be more or less than the set number. With the stage set, here are my favorite picks on the WNBA slate.
Breanna Stewart More Than 21.5 Points
Consistent excellence is the name of the game for Breanna Stewart. Over her past six seasons, the 30-year-old has finished no lower than third in MVP voting, winning the award twice. Last year’s championship was her third over that stretch. Few can say they’ve had a sustained run of greatness comparable to Stewart’s.
That hasn’t stopped this year. She’s averaging 20.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.2 blocks per game. The efficiency has been odd; Stewart is simultaneously averaging her lowest three-point percentage and highest two-point percentage. But it all adds up to dominance.
Sunday’s game against the elite Storm defense broke a three-game run of scoring more than 21.5 points, but 18 is nothing to sneeze at. While this Valkyries’ defense is pesky, that hasn’t been a problem for Stewie. She scored 24 and 27 points in their first two matchups this season. I expect 3/3 on Wednesday.
Natasha Cloud Less Than 7.5 Points
Natasha Cloud is one of the best vibes players in the entire WNBA. Unfortunately, that good energy hasn’t translated to on-court production in recent games. After a hot few games to start the year, she’s gone completely cold. In her last 10 games, Cloud has scored 5.4 PPG on 28.6% shooting from the field.
It’s not that there have been big ups and downs. She’s managed 8+ points in just two of those 10 games, and eight was all she could get. The usage and efficiency have decreased, and there’s no end in sight here. The cold streak started against the Valkyries, and I’m counting on it to continue.
Chelsea Gray More Than 17.5 Points + Assists
It’s been an up-and-down season for Chelsea Gray. The six-time All-Star has struggled on and off, as have the Las Vegas Aces. But a game against the Connecticut Sun is a get-right opportunity for all.
These Sun have the worst record in the league. And best of all for Gray, they have the worst defensive rating in the league. Perimeter defense has been a serious issue for Connecticut. It sets up well for Gray and Jackie Young to eat in this one. Despite playing a run of strong defenses, Gray has cleared 17.5 points + assists in four of her last six games. Expect it to be five of seven after Wednesday night.
A’ja Wilson Less Than 10.5 Rebounds
A’ja Wilson might be human after all. After one of the most dominant seasons in 2024, she’s regressed to mere demigod levels in 2025. This year, she is averaging 21.1 points and 9.8 rebounds per game, down from 26.9 points and 11.9 rebounds last year.
The rebounding, or lack thereof, is an especially confusing trend. Some regression in Vegas’ team defense has played a role. But it’s very odd for someone who has been one of the best rebounders in the league this decade.
It’s already concerning that Wilson has single-digit rebounds in four of her last five games. On top of that, she has to contend with Tina Charles on the glass, the best rebounder in league history. Charles isn’t what she used to be, but she can still box out and throw her body around. That’s enough for me to fade Wilson’s rebounding in this contest
