The 31-year-old forward has been Indiana’s most dependable source of production in this series, leading the team in both points and rebounds through six games. He has cleared this line in four of those six games and will likely be the Pacers’ go-to option again in tonight’s Game 7 matchup. Siakam’s home vs. road splits have been virtually the same all postseason, especially in this series, and the Thunder have struggled to find someone outside of Alex Caruso to apply consistent defensive pressure on him.
Caruso has covered Siakam for over 19 in-game minutes so far this series, holding him to just 14 points on 5-of-13 shooting. If Caruso isn’t covering him, it’s up to others such as Luguentz Dort and Chet Holmgren, who have allowed Siakam to post a combined 25 points on 9-of-16 shooting. Spicy P has garnered a 24.5% usage rate this series and just grabbed a playoff career-high 13 rebounds in Game 6. He has also recorded seven offensive rebounds in just the last two games and has averaged 13.3 rebound chances this series.
