Indiana is up against the wall down 3-2 in the NBA Finals. Luckily, it does have home-court advantage for Game 6, but it may be without Tyrese Haliburton.
The All-Star point guard is dealing with a right calf strain. ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that Haliburton is expected to play and “gut it out.” To what extent can Haliburton play is still up in the air, however.
The Pacers are 5.5-point underdogs for Thursday’s Game 6 in Indiana. The game total is set at 222 points on DraftKings Sportsbook.

While no Pacers game is truly lost until triple zeroes hit the clock, expectations heading into Game 6 are grim. Haliburton is expected to play, but he’ll be hobbled at the very least.
Indiana is a deep team and can compete without Haliburton having a terrific game, but the Thunder are cooking at the right time. They’ve won the past two games and now can close out the series on the road in Game 6.
With Haliburton injured, the Thunder may not need to send as many defenders his way. They can instead take away the other top options, forcing Haliburton to score while not playing at 100 percent.
Nembhard will suffer from this in a series that he’s already been underwhelming offensively. He’s averaging 10 points on 43.9 percent shooting and 33.3 percent from distance in the 2025 NBA Finals. He cleared the 10.5 points over in the first two games but missed the mark in the past three.
In a game that he should see more defensive attention, Nembhard is likely to continue his low-scoring ways.
