There’s a lot of teams and a lot of rain expected on tonight’s full MLB slate, but I’m not concerned about the elements in this article. No, I’m far more interested in those who bring the rain — shoutout to Josh Donaldson.
Here are my top picks and favorite props to hit a home run on Tuesday evening.

Aaron Judge 1+ Home Run (+200)
If I’m being honest, I was surprised to even gets odds this long for Judge on Tuesday night. The AL’s reigning MVP comes into tonight’s action tied with Cal Raleigh for the most home runs in MLB (26). That likely shouldn’t be too much of a shock of anyone reading this, as Judge sits in the 100th percentile of baseball in barrel rate (24.5%), expected wOBA (.466) and expected slugging percentage (.725). There’s a case to be made that you could bet on Judge to go deep every time the Yankees take the field, though I like to be a little more sparring with my wagers. Tonight is simply a night you can not ignore the 33-year-old. Kyle Hendricks is on the mound for the Angels. On top of a first percentile whiff rate (16.4%), Hendricks is surrendering 2.25 home runs per nine to opposing RHBs in 2025 and 2.04 home runs per nine while pitching on the road. It’s a matchup so good that Judge might hit two.
Tyler Soderstrom 1+ Home Run (+370)
After being designated for assignment by the Athletics back in May, Jason Alexander signed on with the Astros and has since thrown 20.2 in Triple-A with the organization. Now, with an injury to Lance McCullers Jr. (foot), Alexander will get the chance to start against his former team. The only issue? In 22 career appearances at the MLB level, the right-hander has served up a whopping 2.91 home runs per nine to left-handed opponents. Woof. The Athletics have a few lefty options to consider for a long ball prop on Tuesday night, with Lawrence Butler (+320) and Nick Nurtz (+450), but I’m leaning towards Soderstrom. The converted catcher has cooled following a red-hot start to the season, but Soderstrom still owns a .368 ISO and a team-high .395 expected wOBA versus RHPs. He’s always dangerous.
Jose Altuve 1+ Home Run (+425)
On the other side of tonight’s pitching matchup in Sacramento, we find JP Sears. It has not been a good stretch for the left-hander, as Sears has conceded 10 home runs in his past six starts, which equates out to an eye-popping 3.29 opponent long balls per nine. In this nightmarish span of time, Sears did face the Astros in Houston, giving up three homers in the process. Well, two of those were hit by Altuve, who also registered a mammoth 439-foot shot in Monday’s loss to the Athletics. It was his 11th of the season. Altuve did not begin 2025 all that well, but the long-time All-Star is heating up at the dish, slashing .353/.380/.647 with a .294 ISO dating back to May 22. That’ll surely play in a matchup that has already proven to be gold for the diminutive former second baseman.
