The Florida Panthers dominated the Edmonton Oilers in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final and look to put on a repeat performance in Thursday night’s Game 4.
With Sam Bennett, Brad Marchand, and the rest of the Ice Cats on fire with momentum on their side, they’re positioned for another strong performance in front of the home crowd. However, Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl, and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins won’t go down without a fight. The Edmonton Oilers will certainly attempt to punch back as they try and keep their championship dreams alive.

Sam Bennett anytime goalscorer (+195)
I’m once again running it back with this Sam Bennett anytime goalscorer prop. The upcoming free agent leads all postseason skaters with 14 goals in 20 playoff games, an incredible hot streak which continued with another score last time out. He’s playing some fantastic hockey (did you see that shift with two hits and his goal on Sunday night?) and setting franchise playoff records. Until he cools off, I feel very comfortable taking Bennett to keep finding the back of the net as he appears built for the brightest of lights.
Stuart Skinner under 26.5 saves (-120)
Oilers goaltender Stuart Skinner had a nightmare outing in Game 3 with five goals allowed on 23 shot attempts, good for a .783 SV%. His numbers have decreased over each game in this series, going from a .906 mark in Game 1 to .881 in Game 2, then that mark below .800 on Monday night. He’s one of the NHL’s streakier performers — he’s great when he’s hot, but he’ll sink a team when he’s not. Skinner is a professional, but his confidence is likely shaken a bit against the best opponent he’s seen all postseason. With the Panthers taking 31 shots in regulation last game and even more in multiple overtime periods over the first two contests of this Stanley Cup Final, Skinner looks out of his depth here.
Connor McDavid 4+ shots on goal (-105)
McDavid has 25 points this postseason and leads all skaters in production, but he’s been struggling to find the back of the net throughout. With just six goals on 72 shots, his shooting percentage is the second-worst mark of his playoff career. However, he’s still putting plenty attempts on the net with an average of 3.79 shots per game. He’s tallied at least four shots in 11 postseason games and is the most skilled handler of the puck in the NHL. As the best player in hockey, the game plan revolves around McDavid. He’s a fantastic skater and sees plenty of opportunities — especially on the breakaway — so I feel confident he can put at least four more attempts on target come Thursday night.
