Jose Altuve More Than 0.5 Hits (Promo Pick)
There is a great promo pick on DraftKings MLB Pick6 to help increase your payout today. Jose Altuve to get a hit has been boosted from 0.7x to 1x for all customers. Altuve has been solid over the past month, with a .293 batting average and .804 OPS over his last 24 games. He has registered at least one hit in six of his past seven games, showing great consistency at the plate. Altuve has been much better at home this season, sporting a 147 tOPS+ when in Houston. Altuve faced off against White Sox starter Davis Martin earlier this year and picked up a base hit in that game. He should be able to do the same tonight to cash this boosted pick.
Juan Soto More Than 0.5 Home Runs
The Mets have the best record in baseball and have extended their NL East lead to five games. Part of the reason for their recent surge is that Juan Soto has finally caught fire. Soto had a slow start to his Mets tenure, but has found his groove over the past several weeks. Over the past two weeks, Soto has an OPS of 1.375. He’s also batting .455 over his past six games. He has hit home runs in each of the games against the Nationals so far in this series. Soto will look to make it a trifecta of home runs today against Michael Soroka, a pitcher that he has crushed in the past. Soto is 6-for-10 with two home runs in his career against Soroka, equaling out to a 1.200 slugging percentage. He has a great chance to keep his bat hot and launch another home run today.
Pete Alonso More Than 0.5 RBI
The only player hotter than Juan Soto at the moment is his teammate, Pete Alonso. Alonso leads Major League Baseball with 63 RBI this season. He has been great all year, but has found another gear in recent weeks. In his past ten games, he is batting .375 with six home runs and 20 RBI. That is an average of two RBI per game, indicating that he is in line for another one today against Soroka. Like Soto, Alonso has good career numbers against Soroka. He is batting .333 with a home run in 12 career at-bats against the right-hander. Soroka has struggled this season, particularly on the road. He has an ERA of 5.85 away from Washington this season, and the Mets’ hot bats, led by Alonso and Soto, should crush Soroka.
Marcus Semien More Than 0.5 Hits
Marcus Semien has always been one of the most underrated players in baseball. He has been an All-Star in three of the past four seasons and finished third in AL MVP voting twice in that stretch. He had a slower start to this season, but has been finding his groove over the past couple of weeks. Over his past 11 games, Semien is batting .459 with a 1.400 OPS. He has also found his power, hitting three home runs and seven RBIs in his past six games. To make matters even more favorable for Semien, he will be facing Bailey Ober today, a player against whom he has fantastic career numbers. In 13 career at-bats against Ober, Semien is slashing .539/.571/1.077. Semien should have no problem picking up a base hit in this game to get over this number.
DJ LeMahieu More Than 1.5 Total Bases
DJ LeMahieu started his Yankees career strong, but has seen a decline in his game over the past several seasons. However, LeMahieu’s season numbers in 2025 are on pace to make this his best campaign in a long time. He currently has an OPS+ of 117, which would be his best mark since he finished third in AL MVP voting in 2020. LeMahieu has really started to catch fire over the past two weeks, bolstering his season-long numbers significantly. Over his last ten games, he is batting .400 with an OPS of 1.080. Tonight, LeMahieu’s hot bat will go up against Seth Lugo. LeMahieu has dominated Lugo over the years, sporting a career .462 batting average against the Royals’ starter. LeMahieu should be able to knock it around against Lugo and register more than 1.5 total bases.
Framber Valdez Less Than 1.5 Earned Runs Allowed
Framber Valdez is having another great season in Houston. After a bit of a shaky start, he has caught fire over his past few starts. Over his last six starts, he has a 5-0 record, a 1.84 ERA and 47 strikeouts. Over those six starts, he has given up one run in four of them. That is why I am backing him to give up less than 1.5 earned runs against the White Sox. Valdez has been absolutely dealing, and now he gets to show off that form against one of the worst offenses in baseball. The White Sox rank 26th in the MLB in runs scored and dead-last in team OPS. Valdez should be able to completely shut them down and stay under this number.

Create a Pick Set by choosing two or more players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you cannot pick the same player twice and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
Sweat Your Picks
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
