The 2025 Stanley Cup Final is shaping up as an all-time great series and it truly feels like each remaining game will be a coin toss between these two fantastic squads. The Edmonton Oilers employ the clear-cut best player in hockey as Connor McDavid continues stringing together masterful performances on the ice, but the Florida Panthers are a deep and resilient team with plenty of stars of their own.
Game 1 went to overtime before Game 2 culminated in a two-OT treat for die-hard and casual NHL fans alike. Monday night’s Game 3 shifts the series to Sunrise, Florida and should be another fantastic matchup.

Sam Bennett anytime goalscorer (+195)
For bettors who believe in riding the hot hand, there’s no better combination of current form and value than Sam Bennett’s goalscorer prop. The 28-year-old leads the entire postseason field with 13 goals in 19 games, three more than the next-closest skater. Bennett also scored in each of his last three games and tallied at least two shots in all but four playoff appearances over the course of this run. His hot streak couldn’t have come at a better time for Florida, but Bennett’s pocketbook benefits too — as free agency looms, he’s undoubtedly made himself a Brinks truck worth of cash.
Sergei Bobrovsky over 26.5 saves (-130)
Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. I took this bet in my prop selections for both games of this series so far, and until something changes, I’m going to keep hammering the line. Sergei Bobrovsky is immensely valuable between the posts with a .912 SV% and 2.21 GAA over this playoff run. The Panthers are 1-1 in this series, but the goaltender continues saving shots at a high level with a .913 SV% through the first two games. It’s right in line with his overall postseason sample, but the numbers are even more impressive given that he’s seen 46 shots in each game. With or without overtime, the Oilers should put around 30 shots on net tonight and allow Bobrovsky to go over this saves line again.
Both teams to score in first period (+150)
We’re taking a different angle here with this prop bet. I really considered Brad Marchand 1+ points here at -105 odds, but the value on this period scoring prop does look better at +150 instead. The reasoning is simple — there’s been plenty of scoring in this series with 16 combined goals, many of which have come early in the contest. Game 1 saw a 2-1 Panthers lead after the opening period, while Game 2 included a five-goal explosion as the Oilers took a 3-2 advantage to start. That probably won’t happen again, but I’m very comfortable predicting a 1-1 result to end the opening frame of tonight’s Game 3, especially at plus odds.
