It was a valiant effort by the Knicks, but ultimately the Pacers were just too tough. After disposing of the No. 1 seed Cavs in five games in the second round, Indiana finished off New York in Game 6 of the Conference Finals, and will now play the Thunder in the NBA Finals.

The Pacers came out firing en route to their 125-108 win, and were led for the second time in this series by Pascal Siakam.

Siakam posted a game high 31 points on 10-of-18 shooting, while adding five rebounds three assists and three blocks as well. He was named Eastern Conference Finals MVP.

Tyrese Haliburton was terrific in Game 6 after his complete dud in Game 5. He scored 21 points on an efficient 9-of-17 from the floor and added 13 dimes.

The Pacers actually had seven different players score in double figures in this game, including their entire starting five. Andrew Nembhard really stuck out, finishing as a game-high +25 in his 37 minutes. He finished with 14 points, eight assists and a whopping six steals.

Obi Toppin was also great off the bench for Indiana, scoring 18 on 7-of-11 shooting with six boards in his 25 minutes.

As for the Knicks, they were led by OG Anunoby, who scored 24 points with five boards, three assists, two steals and two blocks.

Karl-Anthony Towns posted a 22-point, 14-rebound double-double, while Jalen Brunson scored an inefficient 19 points.

As per usual, the Knicks got almost nothing from their bench, as Landry Shamet was the high-scorer with 12 points. This will be a big point of emphasis in the offseason for New York, as they must improve the second unit if they want to take that next step.
