The PGA TOUR heads to Dublin, Ohio this week for the Memorial Tournament. Muirfield Village Golf Club — better know as Jack’s (Nicklaus) Place — will be the host, and measures as a 7,579-yard par 72 with Bentgrass greens.
We have another Signature Event on the docket this week, so there will be just 72 golfers in the field. However, there will be a cut, as the top-50 and ties will all make the weekend after 36 holes. Rory McIlroy has elected to take this week off, as he’ll be quite busy the next few weeks in the lead up to the U.S. Open. Scottie Scheffler will be in attendance, though, and he’ll be joined by the likes of Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas.
Below, I have outlined three of my favorite DraftKings plays for the week.

Tommy Fleetwood (9,400)
Here we go again with Fleetwood, who continued his dominant 2025 season last week. Tommy Lad posted a T4 at Colonial, which was his fourth top-seven finish of the year in just 11 starts, and his third across his past four. Yet again, Fleetwood gained strokes all throughout his bag (OTT, APP, ARG, PUTT), which he’s now done in three of his past four starts as well. The fact that he’s yet to win on the PGA TOUR is criminal, but it’s 100% coming.
Fleetwood, for some reason, has not played Memorial much in his career, but he did finish T20 here last year in his first start at Jack’s Place since 2017. The Englishman ranks fourth in this field in Total Strokes Gained over his past 48 rounds, and is entering play this week with virtually zero weaknesses in his game.
Whether or not he wins is up to the golf gods at this point, but he should be a virtual lock for another top-10 with the way he’s been playing, and that’s more than enough at this surprisingly cheap $9,400 price tag.
Sepp Straka ($8,800)
Straka is coming off a missed cut at the PGA Championship, but I think we can cut him a break considering he had just won the week prior and was playing without his usual caddy on the bag. After taking last week off, he should be ready to rock at a course he’s played really well at over the past two years.
The big Austrian finished T5 at Jack’s Place last season and T16 in 2023, which were his two best finishes over his five-career starts here. Straka is having the season of his life so far in 2025, having posted two wins already, with six additional top-15 finishes.
He ranks second on the PGA TOUR this season in SG: Approach, trailing only Scottie Scheffler, while sitting 11th in driving accuracy. Those are the two most important ingredients for success at Muirfield, because if you can keep it in the fairway this week you’re likely to end up on the first page of the leaderboard.
At $8,800, Straka is at least $500 too cheap for both his course history and recent form.
Bud Cauley ($6,800)
Cauley continued his torrid start to the season last week at the Charles Schwab Challenge where he finished solo third. The 35-year-old shot four rounds in the 60s at Colonial and gained 3.3 strokes ball-striking and 5.5 more on the greens. It marked his fourth top-six finish over his past six starts.
It’s been a remarkable comeback story for Cauley, who missed three years of action due to a car accident suffered back in 2018. Right now, he’s playing as good a golf as anyone in the world, as he ranks fifth in Total Strokes Gained over his past 24 rounds, trailing only Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas, Sepp Straka and Shane Lowry in that time frame.
The most impressive part of all this is that Cauley is getting it done in every facet of the game, ranking top-15 or better in all of SG: Off-the-Tee, Approach and Putting during that stretch. He’s not played the Memorial since 2020, but he does have pretty solid history here, having made the cut in four of his five starts, including a T9 in 2019.
DraftKings somehow left Cauley at just $6,800 this week, which will make him chalky, but also really hard to avoid.
