After the first two games of this Western Conference Final, it appeared that the Timberwolves didn’t stand a chance of hanging with the Thunder. Now, after a 42-loss in Minnesota in Game 3, everyone’s wondering how Oklahoma City will respond.

SG/SF Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Timberwolves ($3,600)
I’m surprised to see that Donte DiVincenzo ($5,400) continues to be gifted a higher salary than Alexander-Walker. While the former certainly showcased a higher DFS ceiling throughout the regular season — not to mention in last year’s playoffs — DiVincenzo has played terribly to this point in the 2025 postseason. To wit, DiVincenzo is averaging just 7.9 points per game, all while shooting only 33.3% from the field and 27.6% from three. Due to that slump, Alexander-Walker has actually logged more minutes than his teammate in back-to-back contests. It’s a span where NAW is producing 14.5 points and 20.6 FPTS. It’s also a stretch where Alexander-Walker is shooting 5-for-8 (62.5%) from beyond the arc. The MVP’s cousin might lack his kin’s overall upside and fantasy appeal, but Alexander-Walker currently has more trust from Chris Finch and his staff than DiVincenzo does. With the price discrepancy, that’s more than enough to make the wing viable in Game 4.
PG/SG Cason Wallace, Thunder ($4,000)
Wallace was almost invisible in his 15.6 minutes of action in Game 3, as the former lottery pick didn’t even attempt a field goal in his time on the floor. Still, I think we can pretty much throw any data from Saturday’s beatdown out the window, especially considering Mark Daigneault threw in the towel mid-way through the third quarter. Prior to that very underwhelming performance, Wallace had managed at least 20 FPTS in four of his last six contests, providing Oklahoma City a massive spark off the bench alongside Alex Caruso ($4,800). Also, if there’s a sliver-lining for that disastrous Game 3, it’s this: Wallace’s salary has dropped $800 in 48 hours. That is called a buying opportunity, people. Take advantage.
