In the bottom of the seventh inning, with the game tied at 3, Miguel Andujar ($3,300) entered the batter’s box with two on and two out.
Andjur took the first pitch for a strike, an 84 mph sweeper that was low-and-inside.
The second pitch was an 85 mph sweeper. This one also came inside but was more elevated than the first one. This was also called a strike.
On the third pitch, Andujar swung through a 97 mph heater, high-and-tight. He was then ejected from the game.
Prior to exiting, Andjuar went 1-for-4 with a run scored and two strikeouts.
