The Indy 500 returns for its 109th annual event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The race has been ongoing since 1911, and this year could feature a historic outing.

Josef Newgarden has won the past two Indy 500 races, so he has the opportunity to become the first driver to win three consecutive Indy 500s. A handful of others have accomplished a two-peat, but none have ever won three straight.

Newgarden is starting at the 32nd spot, but he still has the third best odds at +750 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Pato O’Ward is the favorite at +500 odds, and Alex Palou has the second best odds at +550.

The Indy 500 will take place on Sunday, May 25 at 12:45 p.m. ET at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana.
