Things have been a little different for Aston Villa recently. They have won eight of their last nine Premier League games, with the only stumble being a 2-1 loss away to Manchester City. This Villa team is on fire, and this United team is in shambles. What else is there to say?
In the matchup between these two sides earlier this season, these sides played out a goalless draw. However, that was an Erik ten Hag-led United team. This will be the first touchline matchup between Unai Emery and Ruben Amorim. It could not come at a better time for Emery and Aston Villa. What’s shocking is that Aston Villa is such a heavy favorite in this game away from home, but in my opinion, the odds are still generous. The Villans should win this one with ease.
