Best Anthony Edwards Prop Bet for Thunder vs. Timberwolves Game 3 on Saturday 5/24/25

If the Minnesota Timberwolves want to avoid another loss in the Western Conference Finals, they must win Game 3 against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Game 3 will be played in Minnesota and tip off at 8:30 p.m. ET. The Wolves have suffered two straight losses for the first time since March 19.

Even though Anthony Edwards went 1-9 on three-pointers in Game 2, he still finished the contest with 32 points, his most since Game 3 against the Golden State Warriors. In order for the Timberwolves to come back in this series, they will need a more efficient version of Edwards. Here is my favorite prop bet for Edwards in Game 3 against the Thunder.

Anthony Edwards over 26.5 Points (-125)

Edwards’ scoring in the postseason has started to heat up. He has scored 30-plus points in three of his previous five contests. In each one of those, he attempted at least 21 field goals, which is essential for him to make a significant impact on offense. In Game 1 against the Thunder, Edwards was passive and only had 13 field goal attempts.

Tonight for Game 3, you can get Edwards over in points at -125 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Edwards has totaled more than 26.5 points in two of his last four games against the Thunder. He has hit this scoring mark this postseason in five of 12 games. Edwards has a high ceiling and a low floor for scoring. All five times he has reached this scoring total, he has recorded at least 29 points.

Edwards scored 20, 23, and 22 points at home against the Warriors this postseason, but with the Wolves’ backs against the wall, he knows his best will be needed tonight. During the last few seasons, Edwards has talked about wanting to be the next big superstar in the NBA, and this is the moment that he needs to back it up. He scored 32 points in the previous game, but can he do it more efficiently? I expect the best version of Edwards tonight since their season is on the line, as it isn’t likely to come back down 3-0 against the Thunder.
