Tyler O’Neill placed on 10-day IL

Tyler O’Neill has missed two games in a row due to left shoulder discomfort and the outfielder was placed on the 10-day IL on Sunday due to the injury. This season, O’Neill has really struggled with a .188 batting average, two home runs and 10 RBIs in 24 games.

With O’Neill out Sunday vs. the Nationals, Heston Kjerstad ($2,800) will continue to play right field and bat eighth for Baltimore. The Orioles have also recalled Dylan Carlson with O’Neill headed to the IL. Hosting the Nationals on Sunday, the Orioles are a -198 ML favorite for this matchup on DraftKings Sportsbook.
