UPDATE: Anunoby has returned to the game.
Late in the first quarter of Monday’s Game 4 against the Boston Celtics, OG Anunoby looked to have injured his hamstring after missing a dunk. There is no video of that particular play, but here is a subsequent play that shows Anunoby limping and grabbing at his hamstring.
Anunoby did go to the locker room at the end of the quarter, but has returned to the bench. The leg leg is wrapped, though.
Mikal Bridges was the substitute for Anunoby to start the second quarter.
Anunoby played the entire first quarter and contributed five points. If he’s unable to return, that would be a huge blow for the Knicks on the defensive end.
