The NASCAR Cup Series AdventHealth 400 at Kansas is on Sunday and DraftKings is offering a new way to play fantasy NASCAR. The game is simple. Build a “Pick Set” (2+ drivers) and decide if they will outperform their stat projections. Kyle Larson: Fantasy Points – 69.5
Pick6 Play: Better
This is simple: Will Kyle Larson wreck? Based on his career stats, he won’t. That’s that. This projection is way too low. Yung Money could have a rough day on pit road and still easily beat this number. Domination isn’t required—Larson just needs to lead a few low-stakes laps in Stage 1 and finish in the top-10.
Kansas is one of Kyle Larson’s best tracks, and he’s been exceptional at intermediate tracks this season. He was fast in practice and secured the pole—every box is checked. This fantasy points projection is simply too low. The only way he fails to exceed it is if he wrecks.
Alex Bowman: Fantasy Points – 46.5
Pick6 Play: Better
Kyle Larson doesn’t just check boxes—he checks them with exclamation points! Alex Bowman checks boxes, and that’s fine. His worst finish in the last six Kansas races is 11th. If Bowman finishes 11th without a fast lap, he scores 46 points. His average finish over that span is eighth. He showed top-10 speed in practice but qualified poorly as a Group A driver who set a time early in the session. Group B benefited from a slightly cooler track and SMT data.
Bowman’s practice could’ve been better, but it was safe. Group A drivers were blowing tires left and right, so the No. 48 Chevy team called it a day early. That hurt their qualifying run, but it saved the car for race day. On his final laps, Bowman was off the leader’s pace by -0.2 seconds. That’s not ideal, but he doesn’t need to win—he just needs to finish. The tire issues from practice won’t magically disappear. This race, like Texas, will likely be a war of attrition. Bowman can pilot his top-15 car to a top-10 finish by simply staying out of trouble.

Create a Pick Set by choosing at least two players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
Sweat Your Picks
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
