The Pacers stunned the Cavaliers in Game 2 thanks to Tyrese Haliburton’s game-winning three-pointer. Cleveland led 119-112 with 57 seconds left but crumbled in the final minute. Indiana leads the series 2-0 heading back home for Games 3 and 4.
It’s a nightmare situation for the Cavaliers, who are also dealing with injuries to Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and De’Andre Hunter. Donovan Mitchell put together a 48-point performance in Game 2, but it wasn’t enough.
Game 3 is a must-win for the Cavaliers. They are five-point favorites on the road, and the game total is set at 230.5 points on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Here are the top bets for Game 3 between the Cavaliers and Pacers.
Best Cavaliers vs. Pacers Player Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook
Donovan Mitchell Under 3.5 Three-pointers (-160)
Despite scoring 48 points in Game 2, Mitchell only drained one three-pointer. He did most of his work inside the arc and from the free throw line, shooting 15-of-30 overall and 17-of-21 from the stripe.
It wasn’t just an outlier for Game 2, however. Mitchell shot 13-of-30 in Game 1 while making just one three-pointer. Not only has he made just two three-pointers in the first two games, but he did so on just 2-of-18 shooting.
Mitchell has missed 16 three-pointer to start the series, which isn’t normal for him. He shot 36.8 percent on threes in each of the past two seasons. A bounce-back performance is in line, but there’s still a line to draw.
The six-time All-Star is a good shooter, but asking for more than 3.5 three-pointers is a lot. He averaged 3.3 made threes this season and cleared the over in 33 of 71 games. Mitchell has found success driving to the rim against this Indiana defense, so that should still be his focus in Game 3.
Even with a better shooting night, Mitchell’s under 3.5 made threes prop should be considered.
Pascal Siakam Under 18.5 Points (-110)
Pascal Siakam has quietly been disappointing in this series. He’s slipped under the radar because the Pacers won Games 1 and 2, but he hasn’t been his All-Star self.
The 31-year-old scored just 17 points in Game 1 and 12 in Game 2. It’s a drop from his 20.2 average during the regular season, and his over/under line is reflecting the dip in production.
Still, the under is attractive at 18.5. Even in these close games against the Cavaliers, Siakam played only 34 and 30 minutes, respectively. He did play 41 minutes in Game 5’s overtime win against the Bucks, but he also scored just 10.
Siakam isn’t the focal point of Indiana’s offense, and it’s shown over the past four games. He’s been under 18.5 in each of those outings, and Game 3 should be similar.
Cleveland’s interior defense, with or without Mobley, is tough to navigate. Indiana would rather attack the Cavaliers’ back court, which is a much weaker defensive unit. It leaves Siakam out of schemes, but it’s resulted in a Pacers 2-0 series lead.
Tyrese Haliburton Over 14.5 Assists + Rebounds (+100)
Haliburton’s game-winner stole the show in Game 2, but let’s not forget how impactful he is in other categories.
The two-time All-Star averaged 9.2 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game this season. While his regular season numbers were down compared to previous years, he’s stepped up in the postseason. Haliburton has recorded at least nine assists in six of the seven playoff games. He’s averaging 10.7 assists per game in the 2025 playoffs as well as 6.3 rebounds per game.
Haliburton has hit the over on this 14.5 assists + rebounds line in five of the seven postseason games this year. The two games that the under hit, he finished with 14 and 13 assists + rebounds.
Game 3 should be more of the same with Haliburton filling up the box score with assists and rebounds.
