The Knicks are taking on the Pistons in New York on Tuesday night. Here are the best player props to consider for Karl-Anthony Towns on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Best Karl-Anthony Towns Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

The Knicks are 5.5-point underdogs against the Pistons, with an o/u of 213.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Here are the latest lines for Towns on DraftKings Sportsbook: o/u 24.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.5 three-pointers.

Karl-Anthony Towns and the Knicks are just one win away from advancing to the Eastern Conference Semifinals. After losing Game 2 at home, the Knicks stole both games in Detroit to take a 3-1 series lead. Both games were incredibly close, with the Knicks winning the two games by a combined three points. It should be a war in Game 5 at Madison Square Garden as the Knicks look to move on and the Pistons fight for their lives. One of the big reasons for the Knicks’ success in Detroit was the great play from Karl-Anthony Towns. Towns was a non-factor in Game 2, scoring just 10 points in the Knicks’ loss. Towns and the Knicks made it a point to go to Towns early on in Game 3 to set the tone, making a big impact on the New York offense.

Towns had two amazing games in Detroit. He scored 31 points in Game 3 and 27 points in Game 4. The 1-2 punch of Jalen Brunson and Towns has proved too much for the Pistons down the stretch. Despite playing close back-and-forth games, in crunch time, that 1-2 punch is better than what Detroit has on its end. The Knicks’ offense is at its best when Brunson gets into the paint. That allows him to take his shot or draw multiple defenders so he can find teammates for open looks. Towns has been more aggressive taking his shot over the past two games. After going a combined 1-for-5 from beyond the arc in the first two games, Towns went a combined 9-for-15 from deep in Games 3 and 4. He has found his range and his confidence, and he should carry that over to this pivotal clinching game.

My favorite Karl-Anthony Towns prop for this game is for him to make over 1.5 three-pointers. He has made at least four three-pointers in each of the last two games of this series and should keep looking for his shot beyond the arc. During the regular season, Towns averaged 2.0 made three-pointers per game at home. In the comfortable confines of Madison Square Garden, Towns should feel even more confident and be ready to take the big shots. So far this postseason, the Pistons rank 12th out of 16 teams in opponent three-point percentage. This is no surprise, as they ranked 25th in three-point defense during the regular season. Detroit has given up too many looks from beyond the arc all season, and it is biting the team in the postseason as well. Towns should get a few good looks and end up making at least two of those to push him over this prop number.

Best Bet: Karl-Anthony Towns o1.5 Three-Pointers (-130)
