UPDATE: Garland has been ruled out.

The Cavaliers have a commanding 3-0 lead over the Heat as they head into Game 4 on Monday night in Miami. They won Game 3 without starting point guard Darius Garland, who the team listed as questionable for Monday’s game.

Garland had 41.75 and 37.5 fantasy points in the first two games of the series before missing Game 3 with a big toe sprain. He participated in a non-contact workout Sunday but was not able to go full speed, according to coach Kenny Atkinson.

Garland still has a chance to play in Game 4, but the Cavaliers can afford to be cautious with him since they have such a big lead in the series. As noted by Winderman in the tweet above, the Cavs also listed him as questionable ahead of Game 3 before ruling him out.

In his absence, Ty Jerome posted an impressive double-double of 13 points, 11 assists and 39.25 fantasy points. Donovan Mitchell struggled in Game 3 with just 13 points, but the Cavs still cruised to the win without Garland. Jerome will be a great fantasy option if Garland is out again.
