In the final matchup of today’s three-game slate of NBA playoff action, the Minnesota Timberwolves will host the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Timberwolves got off to an ideal start to the postseason, defeating the Lakers 117-95 in the series opener. The Lakers got back on top with a 94-85 win in Game 2 to even the series at one win each. The two teams will now travel out to Minnesota for the next two games in a matchup that has been an interesting clash of styles.

Heading into Game 3 of the series, the Timberwolves are 3.5-point favorites and -155 on the moneyline. The Lakers hold +130 odds on DraftKings Sportsbook with the over/under set at 207.5.

Looking at the bets placed on DraftKings Sportsbook, it is an interesting mix.

53% of the bets are backing the Lakers to cover the +3 spread, but this is only making up 23% of the handle. This is a similar story on the moneyline, with 59% of DraftKings users backing the +124 moneyline, but this only makes up 25% of the handle.

In contrast, 47% of the bets placed on Minnesota to cover the -3 spread make up 77% of the betting handle, and 41% of bets on the -148 moneyline make up 75% of the handle.

DraftKings users believe it will be a high-scoring matchup tonight, with 79% of the bets and 69% of the handle backing the over of 207.5.
