The first round series between the Pacers and Bucks continues Tuesday in Indiana with Game 2 of this best of seven. On DraftKings Sportsbook, the Pacers are favored by four points and this game carries a total of 229 points.
Below, I dive into three of my favorite player prop bets for Tuesday’s Game 2 between the Pacers and Bucks on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Best Pacers vs. Bucks Player Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook
Giannis Antetokounmpo U 6.5 Assists (-115)
Antetokounmpo only recorded one assist in Saturday’s Game 1 loss to the Pacers and now, Damian Lillard (questionable, conditioning) will make his return Tuesday, per ESPN’s Shams Charania. Naturally, Lillard’s presence is going to hurt Antetokounmpo’s role as a playmaker.
In the 51 starts Antetokounmpo and Lillard have made together this season, Antetokounmpo is averaging 6.0 assists per game and his assist rate has dropped 1.9 percentage points in those contests. Also, the Bucks are a four-point underdog for Game 2 and in losses this season, Antetokounmpo is only averaging 5.3 assists per game. The forward surpassing 6.5 assists is unlikely tonight and backing this under is a sharp call.
Giannis Antetokounmpo U 0.5 Made Three-Pointers (-166)
Antetokounmpo is shooting a miserable 22% from beyond the arc this season and he is 0-for-3 on three-pointers in his four matchups with the Pacers this season. This season, Indiana is one of the best teams in the NBA at defending outside shooting. It is limiting its opponents to the third-fewest made three-pointers per game on the third-lowest three-point percentage in the league.
Conversely, the Pacers are giving up the fourth-most points in the paint. Antetokounmpo leads the NBA in paint points this season and he would be foolish to not focus on attacking Indiana in the paint on Tuesday. Lillard’s return is also a huge factor, as Antetokounmpo has only hit six three-pointers in the 51 games he has played alongside Lillard this season. While this -166 price isn’t ideal, this under is a lock and attacking this line quickly is wise, as this line will likely move close to -200 before tipoff.
Pascal Siakam O 30.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-120)
Siakam has been excellent against the Bucks this season. In his four matchups against the division rival, Siakam is averaging 24.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game, and he has topped 30.5 PRA in all four of these contests. While Milwaukee will see a boost offensively with Lillard back in the lineup, its defense is going to suffer with the guard returning.
With Lillard on the floor this season, the Bucks’ defensive rating has dropped 4.0 points to 116.7. This would rank as the fourth-worst defensive rating in the NBA if it was Milwaukee’s average for the season. Siakam is leading the Pacers with a 25.9% usage rate since the All-Star break, which is a large upgrade from the 23.6% usage rate he saw before the break, and he should approach 40 minutes tonight with Indiana only favored by four points on DraftKings Sportsbook. The 30.5 PRA line is simply too low for Siakam in this situation and he is an outstanding bet for over this line.
