Will Stone Cold Steve Austin be at Wrestlemania 41?

This Saturday and Sunday, WrestleMania 41 will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. Each year, legends and former stars return and make their mark at the biggest event of the year. After having a match with Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 38 in Dallas, Texas, Stone Cold Steve Austin has not appeared since. Will that change this weekend?

Stone Cold Steve Austin appeared on the Pat McAfee show on Friday and denied that he would ever wrestle a match again. Austin said he still has something left in the tank but wants to let the young talent shine.

But even though Austin won’t be competing at WrestleMania 41, an appearance is still on the table. Last year, The Rock helped Roman Reigns while John Cena came to Cody Rhodes’ aid in the Main Event of WrestleMania 40. Anything is possible at WrestleMania, and Austin returning to help Rhodes this year makes a lot of sense. We will have to wait and see if Austin appears at Mania, but if the glass breaks at Allegiant Stadium, it would be an all-time WWE moment.

Every WrestleMania weekend, the WWE inducts former legends into its Hall of Fame. But this year for the first time they are recognizing a historic match. Austin’s match against Bret “The Hitman” Hart from WrestleMania 13 is being honored at the 2025 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony tonight.
