Cavaliers injury update: 4/13/25 vs. Pacers

Per the Cavaliers’ official injury report, much rest is due for Sunday’s season finale. Due to injury management, Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, and Max Strus are all out.

It comes as no surprise. Cleveland clinched the No. 1 seed on Tuesday after a victory against the Chicago Bulls. The same quartet rested on Thursday as the Cavaliers rested on their laurels. Mobley, Strus, and Allen played on Friday against the Pacers but will be in street clothes tomorrow against Indiana.

If more Cavs are ruled out, we will update. They’ll be sure to treat the regular season finale with kid gloves to ensure everyone is ready for the first round of the playoffs.
