Bucks +6.5 (-110)
The Pistons (44-36) are playing for positioning in the Eastern Conference, and they’ve been in solid form recently. Coming off a statement 115-106 win over the Knicks, Detroit is looking to move up the standings. However, this game against the Bucks (46-34) presents a formidable challenge. The Bucks have been dominant, with Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the charge, and they are 6-0 in their last six games. The Pistons will need another standout performance from Cade Cunningham, who scored 36 points in the win over the Knicks, but Milwaukee’s firepower and depth should help them cover the +6.5 spread.
Pacers -8.5 (-112)
The Pacers (49-31) have been on a tear, clinching a top-four seed in the Eastern Conference. Coming off a close 114-112 victory over the Cavaliers, the Pacers are looking to keep their momentum going as they face the Magic (40-40) on Friday. With Orlando sitting several key players, including Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner, the Pacers are favored to cover the -8.5 spread. Tyrese Haliburton has been excellent recently, and with his playmaking, Indiana should have no trouble covering at home against a depleted Magic squad.
Warriors -9.5 (-110)
Golden State (46-32) is fighting for a top-six spot in the Western Conference, and a win over the Suns (35-43) is crucial for their playoff positioning. The Warriors have had a solid run but faltered in their recent loss to the Rockets, where Stephen Curry had an off night. However, Golden State’s overall depth and playoff pedigree, with players like Jimmy Butler providing a much-needed spark, should help them cover the -9.5 spread against a Suns team struggling without Kevin Durant. Phoenix is on a six-game losing streak, and despite Devin Booker’s recent strong production, the Warriors are more likely to come out on top.
Clippers -6 (-112)
The Clippers (48-32) carry a six-game winning streak into their matchup with the Kings (39-41). The Clippers are currently tied for the fourth-best record in the West and have been playing some of their best basketball lately. After a dominant 134-117 win over the Houston Rockets, the Clippers are poised to continue their winning ways. The Kings have been solid offensively, led by Zach LaVine, but they have been inconsistent and are running out of time to figure it out. With the Clippers playing their best ball, look for them to cover the -6 spread.
Nuggets -7 (-105)
The Nuggets (48-32) have had a tough season, but they responded with a solid 124-116 win over the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. The Nuggets will face the Memphis Grizzlies (47-33) on Friday, and a win would help them secure a playoff position. Nikola Jokic continues to play at an MVP level, and Denver’s balanced offense will give them the edge against Memphis. The Grizzlies are coming off a tough 141-125 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Denver should cover the -7 spread in this matchup.
