The Kings are visiting the Pistons on Monday. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Detroit is favored by 6.5 points and this game carries a total of 230.5 points.

Zach LaVine U 7.5 Assists + Rebounds (-145)

While LaVine has been doing his job as a scorer, the veteran hasn’t been contributing much as either a playmaker or rebounder. Since the All-Star break, LaVine is only averaging 4.0 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game, and he has only exceeded 7.5 AST + REB in eight of 22 games. During this span, LaVine is only averaging 6.8 potential assists and 7.1 rebound chances per game.

For Monday night, LaVine is facing a Pistons team that ranks fifth in defensive rating since the All-Star break. Detroit is giving up the second-fewest assists in the NBA during this time and the Kings coming in as a 6.5-point underdog for this contest doesn’t bode well for LaVine.

Since being traded to the Kings in February, LaVine has only surpassed 7.5 AST + REB in six of Sacramento’s 16 losses that he has been active for. This 7.5 AST + REB line is just too high for LaVine tonight and he needs to be backed for this under.
