Pascal Siakam Injury Update: 4/6/25 vs. the Nuggets

With injuries being commonplace in the NBA, there aren’t many players that play all 82 games in a season. Pascal Siakam came close to this goal and has played in 76 of 77 games up to this point. That said, he has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Nuggets.

The Pacers’ All-Star has an elbow injury referred to as “right olecranon bursitis.” It will force him to miss just his second game of the season after playing 76 regular season matches.

Since Siakam has been so healthy this season, there isn’t a blueprint for how the Pacers operate without him. In the one game he missed, Obi Toppin started and had 34 points and 10 rebounds in an overtime win against the Timberwolves. Indiana was also missing Tyrese Haliburton and Myles Turner in that game.

Toppin will likely receive increased minutes for Sunday’s game, but this time he should have Haliburton and Turner alongside him in the starting five.
