The 2025 Men’s Final Four semifinals are here! The No. 1 Duke Blue Devils will take on the No. 1 Houston Cougars at 8:49 p.m. ET. Duke vs. Houston is the final matchup of Saturday’s slate at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

A bettor placed a significant wager on DraftKings Sportsbook on this semifinal matchup between Duke and Houston. The wager was $30,000 on Houston +5.5 (-120) to win $25,000.

Houston’s only regulation loss this season came in the second game against Auburn on November 9. The Cougars lost to Alabama by five points, their largest defeat. Houston has won 30 of its previous 31 games, while Duke has won 31 of its last 32 games. Duke beat Houston 54-51 in the Sweet Sixteen last season.
