Jaylen Brown ($8,500) has been dealing with a knee issue, causing him to miss six of the last 14 games. In the five most recent contests that he’s suited up, Brown has not played 30 minutes in any. After playing 29 minutes on Wednesday, he is officially listed as questionable for Friday’s game against the Phoenix Suns.

Al Horford ($5,700), Kristaps Porzingis ($8,200) and Jrue Holiday ($6,600) are all available after sitting out Wednesday’s game. Their returns will send Sam Hauser ($4,000) and Luke Kornet ($4,800) back to reserve roles after playing 26 and 22 minutes in a starting capacity on Wednesday.
In the last game that Brown missed, Xavier Tillman Sr. ($3,000) got the start, but he only played eight minutes. Horford played 37 minutes off the bench while Hauser received 25 minutes.
There is no back-to-back scenario for the Celtics this weekend. They do have one next Tuesday and Wednesday, although, with only six regular seasons games left, and the Celtics pretty much locked into the number two seed in the Eastern Conference, there will likely be many players sitting out the rest of the way.
