Best Stephen Curry prop bets for Warriors vs. Lakers: Thursday 4/3/25

The Lakers and Warriors could face off in the first round of the playoffs, writing another chapter of the Stephen Curry vs. LeBron James rivalry. Los Angeles sits in third place while the Warriors are in fifth place, so there would need to be some shifts for this to happen.

The Western Conference is so tight, so those shifts can occur fairly easy. Only the Thunder’s No. 1 seed is a lock at this point, even with seven games remaining for both clubs.

Tonight’s matchup between the Warriors and Lakers will be their fourth and final regular season game this year. The Lakers won the three previous games, and they will host this one.

Los Angeles is a 1.5-point favorite at home, and the game total is set at 228.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Below, I have featured my favorite Curry prop bets to consider from this contest.

Best Stephen Curry Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Stephen Curry over 4.5 made three-pointers (-105)

There aren’t many players that will have an over/under 4.5 made three-pointers line. There are even fewer players that bettors would feel comfortable taking the over for.

Curry is in a league of his own. He’s proven that he’s still capable of monster scoring outputs even at age 37. His most recent outing against the Grizzlies proved this. He scored 52 points on 12 three-pointers, notching his second 50-point game of the season.

The 11-time All-Star stepped up in a crucial game with playoff seeding on the line. Tonight’s matchup with the Lakers has just as important postseason implications. The Warriors are the fifth seed but are just a half game ahead of the eighth seed and two games behind the third seed.

A loss tonight could be detrimental for postseason chances, so Curry will be expected to play at his best. Another 50-point game is unlikely, but he should have another strong performance. In two of the three games against the Lakers this season, Curry scored 38 and 37 points.

In both of those games, he surpassed the over 4.5 made three-pointers line. He’s also hit the over in 25 of 63 games this year. The two-time MVP averages 4.5 made three-pointers per game, so it’s good value at -105.

Curry should put together another strong scoring performance, which will lead to him hitting at least five three-pointers against the Lakers. The Warriors will need him at his best, and he has proven to play at an elite level in critical games.

Another option for this game is Curry’s points prop bet, which is set at 25.5 points and -120. If Curry hits one of these lines, he’s likely to hit the other. When Curry hits at least five threes, he’s scored at least 26 points in 21 of 25 outings. When he’s scored at least 26 points, he’s hit at least five threes in 21 of 28 games.

Parlaying these prop bets together will yield +130 value. If bettors want just one prop, the made three-pointers line is better value.
