Anthony Davis Injury Update: 4/4/25 vs. the Clippers

UPDATE: Davis has been ruled out.

Anthony Davis is listed as questionable for Friday’s game vs. the Clippers with his adductor injury. Davis is not the only big man from Dallas on the injury report, as Dereck Lively II has been ruled out due to injury management.

Davis would be a huge miss for Dallas, and Daniel Gafford would likely start if he can’t go. Davis has been on the injury report recently with this adductor issue, so him missing this game would be a surprise. However, it is the first leg of a back-to-back for the Mavericks, so he could possibly be rested so that he’s ready for Saturday’s game, which is also against the Clippers.

As for Friday’s matchup, Los Angeles is currently a 6.5-point favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook, with the total set at 224.5.
