Memphis has been struggling recently, losing four of its last five and now dealing with a coaching change. The potential absence of Ja Morant (left hamstring) further hampers the Grizzlies’ chances as they face the Lakers, who have been in tight, high-stakes games. However, Morant could play today after being upgraded to questionable. The Lakers are still trying to get back on track defensively and balance offensive synergy with Luka Doncic, LeBron James, and Austin Reaves (questionable, ankle), but the team has shown some positive signs amid a loaded schedule. Memphis has been shaky, especially without Morant, and the Lakers have the star power to cover this +2.5 spread.
Bulls -3 (-108)
The Bulls are on a roll with nine wins in their last 11 games and are coming off a buzzer-beater victory against the Lakers. Josh Giddey and Coby White have been playing some of the best basketball of their careers as the Bulls will continue their push for a play-in spot. Dallas is fighting for the final playoff spots in the West, but it faces challenges with Anthony Davis still working his way back into rhythm. The Bulls’ strong recent form and solid defense give them the edge to cover the spread in this matchup.
Heat -7 (-110)
The Heat are showing signs of life after a long losing streak. Miami has won three straight with Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo leading the charge. In contrast, the 76ers have been eliminated from playoff contention and are on a six-game losing streak. With Philadelphia relying on young players like Quentin Grimes and Justin Edwards, Miami should have no trouble covering the -7 spread here.
