Among the betting stats you’ll find below from Friday’s seven-game NBA slate, the most interesting note may come from the betting splits section.

As always, these NBA betting stats provide starting points for making the best picks possible ahead of the evening’s action. Be sure to confirm player status on the NBA injury report here before casting picks.

Standout NBA Stats

Karl-Anthony Towns has had a closing assists line of 2.5 in 37 games this season. Friday’s matchup vs. Milwaukee is on pace to make it 38. So far, when that has been KAT’s closing line, the over has hit 21 times this season (56.76%).

Notable NBA Betting Splits

  • Bucks-Knicks isn’t too far off from a 50-50 split when it comes to percentage of moneyline bets. The Knicks are slightly more popular at 55%. When looking at the percentage of moneyline handle, things change — the Knicks have seen 69%.
  • Only 22% of the game total bets from Hornets-Raptors have gone toward the under, yet those plays have accounted for 72% of the game total handle.

We cited this one recently, but not as our primary system. On Monday, it was one of two over systems that fit CHI-DEN, and it paid off in that game. In this setting, the Nuggets are now 16-7 to the over.

Along with Nuggets-Jazz, this system is live in Raptors-Hornets. Across all 388 games in which this system has been in play, the over has hit 54.9% of the time (213-170-5).
