I’m in the process of writing up a preview, prediction, pick, and best bet for all of tonight’s March Madness Sweet Sixteen games; for now, here’s my full analysis of Houston vs. Purdue. I’m still hungry for some player prop action, however. And, specifically, we’ll be looking below at Kentucky guard Otega Oweh’s betting market for tonight in his Sweet Sixteen game between the Wildcats and the Tennessee Volunteers.
Here’s how I’ll play Oweh’s lines tonight. I’ll also still be writing up predictions for individual games each round, with plenty of coverage here on DraftKings Network. Follow my handle @dansby_edits for more to-the-minute, point-of-need analyses and plays throughout conference tournament week.

Best Otega Oweh prop bet for Tennessee vs. Kentucky
Otega Oweh 2+ three-pointers made (+290)
It’s Friday—we’re absolutely climbing a ladder. Not just in spirit, and certainly not just based on vibes. There’s legit analysis here that backs the vibes.
Looking back at Oweh’s recent performances, he’s shown a solid uptick in his three-point shooting. In the Round of 32 against Illinois, Oweh went 3-for-5 from deep, showcasing his ability to stretch the floor effectively. That performance added to his 37.7% three-point shooting mark for the season, a number that demonstrates his proficiency beyond the arc. In the Round of 64 against Xavier, Oweh made 2 of his 4 attempts from three, further solidifying his role as a key perimeter scorer for Kentucky. His 50% shooting from three in that game speaks volumes about his ability to convert when given the opportunity.
Additionally, Oweh’s three-point shooting in the SEC Tournament was impressive. He went 6-for-14 (42.9%) in the tournament, which ranks well above his season average. This uptick in his shooting from deep during high-pressure games is a strong indicator that Oweh is dialed in from range heading into tonight’s game against Tennessee.
When we look at Tennessee’s defense, they have allowed opponents to shoot 34.1% from beyond the arc on the season. While they’re solid overall defensively, this marks a clear vulnerability, particularly when facing players like Oweh, who can hit the deep shot consistently. Given Oweh’s recent surge in perimeter shooting—3-for-5 against Illinois, 2-for-4 against Xavier, and 6-for-14 in the SEC Tournament—the 2+ three-pointers made prop offers solid value tonight. Especially as a ladder-climb.
With Oweh in rhythm and Tennessee’s perimeter defense showing cracks, there’s a strong case for Oweh to surpass 2+ three-pointers made tonight. His minutes, usage rate, and scoring ability ensure he’ll have the opportunity to take these shots, and the stats support this bet hitting at a high probability.
Best bet: Otegah Oweh 2+ three-pointers made (+290)
