UPDATE: Haliburton has been ruled out.

Tyrese Haliburton has missed the Pacers’ past two games due to a back issue, but there’s a chance that the former All-Star will return on Thursday. Haliburton has been listed as questionable for this evening’s tilt against the Nets.

With the point guard missing during Wednesday’s narrow victory over the Mavericks, Bennedict Mathurin once again picked up the spot start and once again looked quite good doing so. Equipped with a 25.5% usage rate, Mathurin dropped 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds in 31.5 minutes. That point total was second on the team to Pascal Siakam, who finished with 29 points and five assists. Siakam tied for the team lead in usage rate with Andrew Nembhard (27.7%), as the Canadian took over lead guard duties.
For the season as a whole, Siakam averages 1.14 FPTS per minute with Haliburton off the court. If the former lottery pick is unavailable for a third consecutive game, Siakam, Mathurin and Nembhard would all be viable DFS plays on DraftKings. Mathurin would be of particular interest, as his $5,200 salary is the cheapest of the trio.
