On Wednesday night, the NBA has a monster 11-game slate on tap for DraftKings DFS NBA contests. The action starts at 7:00 p.m. ET with a pair of games and continues all night long with four games tipping off at 10:00 p.m. ET to wrap up the extravaganza. With 22 teams in the player pool and all kinds of storylines to consider, these three strong options stand out as top options to stack in your NBA DFS lineup.
Today’s injury report is packed with star power, and depending on who is in and who is out, you may need to shift your strategy as tip-off approaches. As we enter the especially unpredictable part of the season, be sure to check back for updates before game time and adjust your lineup as needed.

Memphis Grizzlies at Portland Trail Blazers
No matter who is on the slate or how many options are in play, it’s hard to pass up the Grizzlies, who are constantly playing at a fast pace and piling up points. Especially with Ja Morant (hamstring) out along with Scotty Pippen Jr. ($4,800; wrist) and Santi Aldama ($6,500; calf) questionable, there should be plenty of usage for other players to step up and produce good fantasy nights.
Core Plays: Without Morant, Desmond Bane ($9,300) has engaged beast mode. He had 22 points and 53 fantasy points in Saturday’s win over the Heat, and then he went off for 44 points and 61 fantasy points on Monday against the Kings. In his 10 games in 2025 without Morant, Bane has averaged 49.6 fantasy points per contest. His usage is second-highest in those games behind only Jaren Jackson Jr. ($8,400), who averaged 38.8 fantasy points per contest in those matchups. He had 31 points and 43 fantasy points on Saturday but only 20.75 fantasy points on Monday.
Value Options: If Pippen is out as well, Luke Kennard ($4,700) will continue to get plenty of work in the backcourt after posting 22 and 25.5 fantasy points in the last two games. He also went off for 30 points and 42.5 fantasy points last week in Utah, so his ceiling is even higher. With Aldama out, Brandon Clarke ($3,800) and Vince Williams Jr. ($3,700) have been excellent value plays. Zach Edey ($4,600) has also been solid with 12 points and eight rebounds in each of the last two games for 26.5 and 31.5 fantasy points.
Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Philadelphia 76ers
The Thunder are also going to be without their star point guard on Wednesday since Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (rest) will be out along with Jalen Williams (hip) and Luguetz Dort (hip). Additionally, Isaiah Hartenstein ($6,400; back) and Cason Wallace ($4,300; shoulder) are questionable. The Thunder always seem to score a ton of points even when their stars are out, and they have a great home matchup against Philly on Wednesday night.
Core Plays: The only expensive option available for OKC is Chet Holmgren ($7,600), who reminded everyone how much upside he brings with a huge game last week against the Celtics. He had 23 points, 15 boards and 49.25 fantasy points in that game and could be in line for similar production if he’s the focus of the offense against Philly. He could also play limited minutes, though, so he’s high-risk with a high ceiling.
Value Options: Andrew Wiggins ($5,100) has proven capable of shouldering the load and posting big points in the past, but he hasn’t been scoring as much lately. Isaiah Joe ($4,300) came up big in the Thunder’s back-to-back wins this past weekend, especially on Sunday when he had 31.5 fantasy points with 19 points off the bench in Milwaukee. Jaylin Williams ($4,600) will be a good option if Hartenstein sits while Kenrich Williams ($3,200) and Alex Caruso ($4,500) will also probably get a boost in both minutes and usage.
New York Knicks at San Antonio Spurs
The Spurs have given up the most points per game in the NBA over the last 15 games and over the last 10 games. The Knicks are still adjusting to not having Jalen Brunson (ankle) running the show, and his absence opens up more work for the rest of the team in what should be a great spot against the Spurs, who play fast and give up lots of points.
Core Plays: If you save salary at other spots and are looking for a safe option with a good ceiling, Karl-Anthony Towns ($9,900) is definitely a strong option to consider against the thin Spurs frontcourt without Victor Wembanyama (blood clot). Since they’re cheaper, Mikal Bridges ($6,300), OG Anunoby ($7,000) and Josh Hart ($8,000) could actually end up as better values while they also get extra work. Bridges has over 29 fantasy points in each of the five games since Brunson’s injury with over 35 fantasy points in two of his last three. Hart is coming off a triple-double and 59.25 fantasy points against the Heat on Wednesday.
Value Options: Miles McBride ($5,600) has scored double-digit points in four straight games and had over 32 fantasy points in three of those contests. He’s not as cheap as he was right after Brunson’s injury but still comes affordably given his potential upside. Landry Shamet ($3,300) and Cameron Payne ($3,100) are playing big minutes as well, but their production has been inconsistent.
