After a four-game NBA slate on Tuesday, tonight’s schedule is much heavier with 11 contests on the docket. At 7:30 p.m. EST, Cade Cunningham leads the Detroit Pistons as they face off with a floundering Miami Heat team.

Here’s the best prop for the star point guard on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Best Cade Cunningham prop bet on DraftKings Sportsbook

DraftKings Sportsbook lists Cunningham’s prop lines at 25.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 8.5 assists with a combined PRA total of 39.5.

The Heat would’ve been an opponent to watch out for in previous months, but they’ve been in a state of decline since shipping former star Jimmy Butler out of town back in February. The situation went from bad to worse at the start of March — the Heat have just one win in 10 games this month and are riding an eight-game losing streak. Their defense has been decent over that span, but they just can’t score points and rank dead-last in offensive rating.

Miami is bound to bounce back at some point, but it’s unlikely to come against the Pistons, who possess the NBA’s best defensive rating and fourth-best NET rating over their last 10 contests.

There’s two top bets to check out for Cunningham in tonight’s game, but neither are points props. Instead, this matchup is a great chance to target rebounding lines. The Heat are 26th in rebounding over their last 10 games and 23rd in the category on the season. They just aren’t battling on the boards enough. Meanwhile, the Pistons are top-10 in rebounding both recently and overall. Bettors can grab over 5.5 rebounds for Cunningham at +114 odds, which is really nice value for the oversized guard in a soft matchup. He’s gone over this line in 38 of his 64 contests on the season, so the hit rate is reliable at nearly 60%.

The other best bet in this one for the All-Star guard is over 14.5 combined assists and rebounds. Cunningham has exceeded this line in 36 of his appearances, nearly as reliable of a hit rate as the rebounds prop mentioned above. This one comes in at +100 odds, and with the potential to reach it through a big passing or rebounding night, it’s worth checking out.
