Hawks at Hornets –– 7:00 p.m. ET
Celtics at Nets –– 7:30 p.m. ET
Warriors at Bucks –– 10:00 p.m. ET
Clippers at Cavaliers –– 10:30 p.m. ET

ATL Hawks -8 (-108)

The Hawks are coming off a tough 122-114 loss to the Nets, but they’ll be looking to bounce back against the Hornets. The Hornets, currently at the bottom of the Eastern Conference, were overwhelmed by the Clippers in their latest outing, falling 123-88. Atlanta has dominated Charlotte in its previous matchups this season. With Trae Young leading the charge, the Hawks are poised to cover the spread in this game. Dyson Daniels continues to wreak havoc defensively with an NBA-leading 3.0 steals per game and disruptive on-ball defense. The Hornets’ defense has struggled all season, and with LaMelo Ball (wrist) downgraded to questionable, it’ll be difficult for Charlotte to keep up with Atlanta’s offensive firepower.

BOS Celtics -14 (-108)

Boston looks to continue its recent momentum when facing Brooklyn, having won 13 of its last 14 matchups against the Nets. The Celtics are on a strong run despite dealing with injuries to key players. Kristaps Porzingis has been exceptional in his return to action, and Jayson Tatum continues to play at an MVP level but is questionable to play. Jaylen Brown has already been ruled out. While that is tough to overcome, Brooklyn has struggled, losing 10 of its last 12 games. With the Nets reeling and the Celtics firing on all cylinders, expect them to cover this sizeable spread, especially at home, where they have been nearly unbeatable.

MIL Bucks -2.5 (-112)

The Warriors enter this matchup riding a seven-game winning streak, but with Stephen Curry potentially resting, the Bucks have a prime opportunity to take advantage. Milwaukee, led by Giannis Antetokounmpo, continues to be one of the top teams in the East and should be able to capitalize on Golden State’s lack of full strength. While the Warriors have been strong lately, Curry’s absence would leave them vulnerable against a Bucks team that excels defensively and offensively. Expect Milwaukee to cover the spread in this one.

LA Clippers +3 (-108)

The Clippers are playing excellent basketball, having won six of the last seven games. They’ve found a rhythm with Kawhi Leonard leading the charge and Norman Powell returning to the lineup. While still one of the top teams in the East, the Cavaliers saw their 16-game winning streak end with a 108-103 loss to the Magic. With Cleveland dealing with injuries and facing a hungry Los Angeles squad, the team should be able to cover the spread, making them a strong pick as the underdog in this matchup.
