DraftKings, your paradise of DFS nirvana, has done it again with a new contest called NBA Starting 5. You select one point guard, one shooting guard, one small forward, one power forward and one center. There is no salary cap. The only stipulation is that you must select players from at least two different teams.
For Tuesday’s Starting 5 slate, there are four games.
GSW is playing the second leg of a back-to-back.
As for injuries, Noah Clowney and Ziaire Williams are probable. Jayson Tatum and Evan Mobley are questionable. Jaylen Brown, Miles Bridges, Caris LeVert, Cam Thomas and Jericho Sims are out. Keep track of all the pertinent injury updates at DK Live.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, ATL is -7 over CHA on the road with the total at 237. BOS is -13 over BKN at home with the total at 217.5. GSW is -3 over MIL at home with the total at 233.5. CLE is -3 over LAC on the road with the total at 231.5.

Point Guard
Trae Young leads the Hawks with a 31% usage rate and has put up over 50 FPTS in five of the last six games, including a 62.75-FPT performance against the Hornets, the team he faces on Tuesday. This game has the highest total on the slate at 237.
Shooting Guard
Jrue Holiday has gone for over 40 FPTS in each of the last two games. Jaylen Brown is out while Jayson Tatum is questionable. Holiday has been stuffing the stat sheet and could see an increase in usage rate.
Small Forward
Cameron Johnson has put up over 40 FPTS in four of the last six games. The other two games ended in the 30-FPTS range. He’s playing in the mid-30s and with Cam Thomas done for the season, Johnson should continue shouldering a heavy offensive load for the Nets.
Power Forward
Giannis Antetokounmpo has the highest floor/ceiling combo on the slate. No need to get cute here.
Center
There are many good options at center on this slate, so this will likely be where the differentiation occurs. Most will probably click on Zubac and Williams, so I’ll embrace some volatility and go all the way down to Onyeka Okongwu. He only put up 21.5 FPTS against Charlotte three games ago, but he has 50-FPT upside, something he’s done twice in the last three games. He could put up the most raw points at the position, at what will likely be low ownership.
