The Raptors are visiting the Trail Blazers on Sunday. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Portland is favored by 6.5 points and this game carries a total of 228 points.

Scottie Barnes U 22.5 Points + Assists (-110)

With the Raptors tanking in the latter stages of the season, Barnes’ role has decreased with the forward seeing less than 30 minutes in six straight games. In his most recent start, Barnes only played 24 minutes, despite the game being decided by only eight points.

With under 30 minutes in each of his last six games, Barnes’ numbers have unsurprisingly declined. During this stretch, he is only averaging 16.8 points and 4.0 assists per game, and he has only surpassed 22.5 PA twice.

Not only is Barnes likely to see limited work again Sunday, he is going against a Trail Blazers defense that ranks eighth in rating since the All-Star break. Plus, Toronto and Portland both rank inside the bottom-10 in pace since the All-Star break. This should be a low scoring affair and Barnes is an excellent bet for under 22.5 PA in this spot.
