Kansas vs. UCF (9:30 p.m. ET)
Kansas’ first victory of the season against UCF was by 51 points on January 5. The Jayhawks beat the Arizona Wildcats 83-76 in their regular season finale on Saturday. Kansas has beaten their last nine opponents who were not ranked in the AP top-25.
Kansas’ best player, Hunter Dickinson, is coming off his best game of the season. He totaled 33 points on 15-23 shooting from the field against Arizona. The Jayhawks’ second leading scorer, Zeke Mayo also had a big day against the Wildcats, scoring 20 points for the first time in over a month. Kansas has had tremendous success in the Big 12 tournament in the last ten years, having at least been to the championship six times.
You can get Kansas -10.5 at -108 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Although Kansas lost its first matchup last year to Cincinnati in the Big 12 tournament, it has won two of its previous three opening matchups by more than 10.5 points. In their previous matchup against UCF, Knights guard Keyshawn Hall scored 34 points. Hall has only scored 20-plus points once in his last four games, and if Kansas can contain him, a big win could be in their future.
College Basketball Pick: Kansas -10.5
