Josh Giddey Injury Update: 3/10/25 vs. the Pacers

UPDATE: Giddey has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.

With around seven minutes left to play in Monday’s game against the Indiana Pacers, Josh Giddey ($8,500) missed a game-tying layup and then landed on the foot of a defender. He immediately went to the locker room.

Prior to exiting, Giddey contributed 29 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and a block.

Over the last five games, Giddey has been a Top 40 player on a per-game basis, averaging 20.6 points, 1.8 treys, 9.6 rebounds and 10.4 assists while shooting 46% from the field.

It’s a big loss for the Bulls. Patrick Williams ($3,900) could re-enter the starting lineup if Giddey misses time or they could go small with Kevin Huerter ($4,100). Coby White ($7,200) should see an increase in usage rate while Nikola Vucevic ($7,700) should garner more offensive responsibility when he gets ramped back up.

Chicago next plays on at home on Thursday then travel to Houston on Saturday.

Stan joined DraftKings in December of 2020. It was a glorious time, except for that whole COVID thing, when we got Madden streams and boisterous bat flips from the KBO. I was brought on board to bring some West Coast flavor. I especially love hoops, and most of my content is in that arena. When I walk along the beach, strumming my guitar, the beat that I hear is not one of crashing waves. No, it is the beat of the ball bouncing off the hardwood with highs provided by the squeaks of the sneakers. Ball is life.
